Envisioned as a cohesive urban village within the Issaquah community, Issaquah Highlands will be a place where a broad range of people will be able to work, live, and play in a pedestrian-friendly environment surrounded by acres of open space. A mix of uses, housing configurations, densities, as well as the inclusion of affordable housing, will ensure a diverse community.

Consisting of approximately 2200 acres, the Issaquah Highlands project includes about 490 acres in the city, 1520 acres of publicly dedicated open space in King County as well 185 acres in unincorporated King County for 40 rural lots.
